How the match works
We compare the words in your CV with each open role's title, skills, requirements and tasks, as we wrote them up from micro1's listings. Terms that few roles share, such as "contract review" or "PyTorch", count for more than common ones. Roles that share the most distinctive terms with your CV come first, and each result shows the words it matched on.
It is a keyword comparison, not an AI assessment, and it does not know how strong your experience is. Use it to find roles worth reading, then check each listing's requirements. micro1 decides who it hires, and a match here says nothing about your chances.
A CV in Spanish works too: common professions, languages and qualifications are translated before the comparison. A scanned PDF has no text to read, so paste the text instead.
What happens to your CV
Nothing leaves your device. Your browser opens the file with pdf.js, the PDF reader Firefox uses, and compares it with a list of roles it downloads from this site. We do not receive, store or see your CV. Close the tab and it is gone. Our page statistics record the visit, not the file; see the privacy page.
