micro1 lets partners refer experts and companies, and lets partners invite other partners. This page explains the structure and the rules, without promising anything about earnings.

What a referral partner does

A referral partner registers on micro1's referral platform, gets personal links, and shares them. There are two kinds of referral:

  • Experts. You refer a person for an AI training role. micro1 decides whether they are hired, and a reward depends on the person completing the conditions micro1 sets for that role.
  • Companies. You refer a company to one of micro1's data partnership programs. See how those programs work. A reward depends on the company entering a paid engagement.

Rewards and conditions are set by micro1 and shown inside the partner dashboard. We do not list amounts here because they change, and because micro1 decides what is payable.

How sub-affiliates work

micro1's dashboard has a Sub-affiliates section. A partner can invite other partners with an invite link. Per micro1's terms:

  • Each sub-affiliate has one sponsoring partner, and only direct relationships count. There are no multi-level or downstream payouts.
  • The sponsoring partner may receive a bonus only when the sub-affiliate's underlying payout is confirmed by micro1. No bonus is paid for the invitation itself.
  • A sponsor cannot promise income or offer payouts as an inducement to join.

If you register through the link on this page, we are your sponsoring partner. That means we may receive a bonus when your referral payouts are confirmed. We cannot see or change your own payout, and we cannot tell you what you will earn.

Rules to read before you start

  • You must be at least 18 and not a current micro1 employee or contractor (with limited exceptions for human data experts).
  • Do not pose as micro1 or its recruiter, and do not promise anyone a job, a placement or a pay rate.
  • Do not use bots, scrapers or automated tools to submit referrals, and do not create duplicate or fake accounts.
  • You need consent from an authorized representative of a company before you refer it.
  • Influencer-style content needs micro1's written approval and a clear disclosure of your relationship.
  • Payouts can be held back for a period and taken back if an engagement is canceled or refunded. They are gross, so taxes are your responsibility, and micro1 may ask for tax forms.

These points summarize micro1's referral terms as we read them on 16 October 2026. Read the full terms inside the program before you rely on any of this.

A reasonable expectation

Referring people takes work and most referrals will not convert: the person has to be accepted, matched to a project and complete the hours micro1 requires. Do not join expecting income.
